A downloadable game for Windows

Following a terrible storm, the children lie unconscious in the snow. Here begins their adventure between dreams and reality.

Colorful Dreams is a small party-based Dungeon Crawler made for the Dungeon Crawler Jam 2023.

This time we made all the gfx ourselves, and worked on a combat system on a grid. Hopefully you'll enjoy it.

Very cool game with a lot to do. I died to a clown but was able to heal my member back up with a potion then I got lost in a vast cold wasteland. The game is sweet but theres some cleaning up I would recommend some things are hard to read or interpret. I liked the way the map felt hand drawn by the characters. nice job

Thanks, I'm happy you liked the map.

Love the atmosphere created by the hand drawn graphics and ambient sounds. Combat worked well (almost got killed by clowns). Bit unsure about how the maps relate to my current position, or how to progress in the game, but I guess figuring that out is part of the game itself? Like the other poster I had a little trouble reading the font (some pixels in the characters were lost, perhaps a scaling issue?) but I was running it in Wine so I'm just happy it ran as well is it did! Also nice use of the two worlds to reflect the duality theme.

Thanks.

You're right, I just checked and had not realized the text would look this bad on moderate resolutions, I'll need to be more careful in the future if I happen to simply stretch the image to the screen after printing the text again.

I sense strong Omori vibes playing the game, which is great. I also like how you used the duality motive. Unfortunately i could not finish it because it was hard to find out where to go next, also the font was difficult for me to read. I will gladly try this title again if you make the gameplay more intuitive :)

Thanks for playing, I'm adding the option to switch to another font on my to-do list.

)This is a real old-school. I didn't finished it but I return to it, it seems like I'm playing Bard Tale I. It's easy to become disorientated. So it's not for everybody too. For this amount of time this is a crazy amount of job, at least from my point of view. switching between maps, separate battle system. I've tried to finish mine but ending up only with a puzzle)  Nice game.
